Optionally, allocate an annual budget for professional development, and let security professionals take courses they are interested in.
Cost
CA🍁SP courses are competitively priced. Adding 1 $/hr to a contract will pays for around 30 hours of annual training — a small price to pay for increased competence, capabilities, and confidence.
