Psychometric assessments

Prior to being accepted into the police force, candidates complete a series of tests that assess their psychological profile. This pre-screening process strives to ensure the successful candidates have the right psychological and physical constitution to succeed as a police officer.

One of the issues identified in our research is that poor performance and high turnover in the security industry results from incompatibilities between the guard’s psychometry and the realities of security work.
