The CA🍁SP Development and Advisory Board guides the development and direction of the Association. Members of the security industry are active in three committees: recruitment, advocacy, and training.

CA🍁SP organizes discounts on personal and business insurance; uniforms, gear, vehicles, and travel; local gyms and eateries; etc. Plus a job board to connect security professionals and employers.

CA🍁SP is a collective voice to clients, government, and the public. CA🍁SP advocates for nation-wide standards, and explains the potential roles of security professionals to keep society safe.

CA🍁SP works with security employers and security trainers to provide quality, relevant training so security professionals can effectively and safely perform their roles and responsibilities.
